Jongola Ward Councillor Misper Hamuleya has commended Gwembe Town Council Management for constructing a high-quality 4km road using funds from the Zambia Devolution Support Programme (ZDSP).
Mr. Hamuleya has also expressed satisfaction that the local authority successfully facilitated the drilling of a borehole for the community in Siakasembwe’s Masekese Community using the Constituency Development Fund.
He noted that such initiatives demonstrate the Council’s commitment to service delivery and are key to earning the trust and support of residents across the District.
He was speaking during the Plans, Works, Development and Real Estate Committee meeting yesterday.
